Hi, Yukoママです。
ここのところ、体調を崩していたMoeですが、今はすっかり元気になり毎日楽しく幼稚園に通っています。お友達で犬や猫を飼っている人が多くMoeもペットを欲しがります。

Moe:	Mom,I want a pet.Can we buy a dog? （ママ、ペットが欲しい・・・犬飼ってもいい？）
Mom:	Well, dogs need going for a walk everyday.Besides,he'll be all alone in the house during daytime. I don't think it's a good idea. （そうね、犬は毎日散歩に連れて行かなければならないのよ。それに昼間1人きりになってしまうでしょう。あまりいいアイディアじゃないわね）
Moe:	How about a cat then? （じゃあ、猫は？）
Mom:	You're allergic to cats, remember?Your hands become itchy when you touch them. （あなた猫アレルギーでしょ、忘れちゃった？猫に触ると手がかゆくなっちゃうでしょう）
Moe:	Am I really?Then, how about hamsters,they are so cute. （そうだっけ？じゃあ、ハムスターは？すっごく可愛いよね）
Mom:	I'm sorry but I'm allergic to hamsters.My eyes become red. （ごめん、ママはハムスターアレルギーなのよ。目が赤くなっちゃうの）
Moe:	(getting disappointed) So, what can we have? （〜がっかりして〜　じゃあ、何が飼えるの？）
Mom:	What do you say to goldfish? （金魚はどお？）
Moe:	Grandmother bought me 2 goldfish at the summer festival last year, but they died soon after. （夏祭りでおばあちゃんが2匹買ってくれたけれどすぐ死んじゃったよ・・・。）
Mom:	Well,let's go to the pet shop next weekend with Dad.And see what we find there. （よし、今週末にパパと一緒にペットショップにいって何か見つけてこよう！）
Moe:	Really? Thank you Mom. （本当？ありがとうママ）

結局、ペットショップで小さい亀（baby turtle)を見て気に入り、2匹買いました。今は5センチほどですが、大きくなると30センチ〜40センチになるそう！
週に1回水槽をお掃除するだけなのでお世話も楽々！
爬虫類（reptile)好きな私としても大満足です。
